These artisan chocolates are designed by world-class Chef Craig Shelton of Chef’s Coffee Company, and lovingly hand crafted by master chocolatier Diane Pinder, of Donna Toscana providing a chocolate tasting experience not yet found on the world stage. "Each truffle is like it's own dessert," Shelton said.

These chocolate truffles are designed to be tasted in order. For the ultimate taste experience, enjoy the first three truffles with Chef’s Coffee Ryland Inn Blend, and the final three truffles with Chef’s Coffee Shelton Selection Dark Roast or Equestrian Blend. These coffees and truffles are uniquely designed to complement each other, by balancing the acidity and wonderful tastes in each of them.
