Privacy and Security Policy:
Chef’s Coffee Company respects the privacy and security of our customers. Of course, since we sell our coffees, and other products through the internet, if you want to order our products it will be necessary for you to provide personally-identifiable information. This will include your name, address, phone number and, if you place an order online, credit card information. Any information you provide is downloaded off of the web server to a secure system, using Authorize.net, and is maintained there. Changes to your information online may only occur after a customer has logged in with their registered user name and password.
We will not share or sell any of your personal or transaction information including your mailing address, phone number, email, or credit card details. We will protect your privacy by using SSL technology by hosting our shopping cart with Ultracart.com and their series of secure servers.
Delivery and Shipping Policy:
All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days and are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email stating that the order has shipped. All back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available. If this is the case, you will receive an email informing you that your order is back-ordered. Orders may be shipped by FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Standard Overnight, USPS Parcel Post, or USPS Priority Mail.
The Chef’s Coffee Company appreciates your business, and will continue to work to minimize the cost of shipping our coffee to you. Unlike many online vendors who charge flat rate shipping fees, or charge you based on the $ value of your order, we will charge just the actual shipping costs during the order process.
For orders containing chocolates, we normally ship within 48 hours of your order Monday through Wednesday. Since our chocolates are delicious but perishable, we take special care to make sure they arrive in perfect condition and do not want them sitting in a warehouse or truck over a weekend. Should you need items expedited please call and we will do our best.
In order to save on shipping costs we recommend you order a minimum of 4 lbs. of coffee at a time. Our freshly roasted coffee is packaged in nitrogen filled one-way valve bags to retain its freshness (i.e., it costs very little additional to ship 4 lbs. vs. 1 lb. of coffee). You may want to get your friends and neighbors together to order a larger quantity and taste all of our coffees together. In addition, to ensure freshness after opening a bag we recommend our air tight canisters.

If your order was damaged in shipment, please let us know by phone at 908-461-4909 or email
service@chefscoffee.com within 5 days of receipt, so we can process a claim with the shipping company, and get a replacement shipment to you as soon as possible.
